There was a very interesting moment in Washington just now. As notorious porkbarreler, convicted felon and outgoing U.S. Sen. Ted Stevens delivered his final speech on the Senate floor, an e-mail popped up in my inbox from Congressman Jeff Flake's office announcing that he's once again running for an open seat on the House Appropriations Committee.
